Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the order date, except for holidays which may take an additional 1 day.
They will be shipped from our warehouses in the USA and Asia, please note that we do not ship on weekends.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order is processed, it will arrive at the address you have provided.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country.

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that we will provide you with after the order is shipped.

The shipping agency will make 2 delivery attempts to the address indicated on the order.
In the case of not being able to contact you after 2 delivery attempts, the package will remain at the destination delegation up to 15 days from the date of the last delivery attempt, so that you can go to pick up the package.

After these days and if you have not picked up the package, it will be returned to the supplier.

In this case, if the package is returned because the transport agency has not located you, you will be the one who assumes the shipping costs for its reshipment.
The delivery address cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.
 
Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means that you may be obligated to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and other related customs charges may be levied once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
