I have misspelled my address or made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order, please contact our Customer Service within 6 hours so that we can rectify it by sending an email to: thehushpub@outlook.com and the order number.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders Monday through Friday, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order, except for holidays which may take an additional 1 day.

They will be shipped from our warehouses in the USA and Asia, please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All our shipments are insured and have a tracking number that we will provide you after the order is shipped.
